Matt owns, operates, and is the Broker of record for Cosmopolitan Home Realty. He has become an expert in Flipping Property, Short Sales, Negotiation, Buyer Representaion, Retirement Account Purchases, and Land Contracts. He has been in the real estate business as a licensed real estate agent for 19 years. He is a native to the area and is very familiar with the area market and its many quirks. He loves helping people find the property that suits them best, and there's nothing more rewarding to me than a satisfied customer.
Matt has been trained in Real Estate as an Accredited Buyer's Representative and as a Certified Commercial Investment Member. He has had experience helping people purchase their first home, sell their home, purchase commercial property, and manage commercial property. As a licensed attorney in the state of Florida, Matt has expertise with legal compliance issues. In addition to his compliance work, he has been called on to teach Master's level business classes. He has taught Ethics, Marketing, Finance, Statistics, Economics, Organizational Behavior, Law, and several others.
Because of his qualifications and expertise, Matt has also been actively involved in development of various curriculums at the Collegiate level. As a trainer, he has taught every required real estate course in the State of Florida. He has written and published text books on FS 475 and FS 494 and has been asked to edit several books written by others. Matt's expertise has extended beyond the State of Florida. He has now helped write tests on mortgage law for 17 different States.
